At Boxtein, we want your packs to arrive on time and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.
1. Delivery partner
All orders are packed and delivered by reliable Saudi logistics partners.
2. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to all KSA cities
3. Delivery times

4. Delivery fees
- Free delivery on orders of 200 SAR or more.
- Orders under 200 SAR: 20 SAR flat delivery fee.
- All prices and fees include 15% VAT.
5. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
6. Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. MAS will contact you on the phone number you provided before delivery.
7. Damaged or incorrect orders
Please check your packs when they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, send us a photo by email within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
